Connect with a Host Family

Match with a Host Family

Based on your preferences, the team selects 2 to 3 suitable families from our database. After you review profiles and meet families via video (1 to 2 times), both parties confirm the match and finalize the details.

After passing the interview, the program team will select suitable host families from our partner network of Chinese host families based on your preferences and requirements (such as desired city, family type, and children's ages). We will provide you with 2-3 family profiles. Once you confirm your preferred family, we will arrange 1-2 video meetings to facilitate mutual communication and ensure a good match.

Sign Contract

Sign Contract & Confirm Arrangement

Once matched, both parties sign the standard bilingual Au Pair contract covering program dates, duties, work hours, accommodation, insurance, holidays, and dispute resolution. Each party retains one original copy.

Upon successful matching, the applicant and host family will jointly sign a standard au pair agreement (available in both Chinese and English). The contract specifies: project duration, au pair responsibilities, working hours and rest arrangements, accommodation and meal provisions, insurance coverage, holiday entitlements, breach of contract terms, and dispute resolution mechanisms. Both parties retain one original copy of the signed contract.
